The Immaculate Kingdom

History

The Immaculate kingdom was a mecca created in the age of magic by the High Mage Tayschrenn. Tayschrenn built the city to be self sustaining and everlasting. The golems repaired not only the city, but each other, guaranteeing that the city would survive long after Taychrenn himself was gone. Tayschrenn did not build it like this with that in mind, because as a high wizard, he had no intention on dying. He did however meet his end shortly after the magic he had relied on so heavily did. At some time within the lifetime of the city, Inevitables arrived within its walls, finding at last a place worthy of their presence within the material plane. They were however trapped within this plane in the waning. Since the time of Tayschrenns demise, the Inevitables have taken leadership of the city, and act purely in self preservation, not daring to let their only refuge fall.

Architecture

Massive marble walls, once enforced by magic surround the city, with four large spires encircling it. A dome covers the central chambers of the city, acting as a shelter from bombardment if the city were under siege. The city in its prime, was reinforced by magic, and was capable of sustained flight, with the underside of the city being similarly domed as the central chambers. It is said the battlements themselves are gargantuan golems, and will in the event of a siege, join the fray.
