1st Lieutenant Smaug Osiris
The clang of weapons echoes against the towering caverns, making the battle seem much grander than its simple truth. A Dragonborn, scales in shades of light and dark, fights against the dark figure of a Drow, swords against axe, brute strength against lithe movements. With a movement much swifter than believed for a being so large, the Dragonborn sweeps the feet from beneath the Drow, sending the dark figure to the ground in defeat. Both figures move apart and nod amicably, noting the end of their training session for the morning.
A being of the Underdark himself, Smaug Osiris is no stranger to the ways of the Drow and their nearly crusading ways in the name of the Huntress. Without a family or other ties, he sold himself into the service of these people, helping to rid the tunnels and caverns of the Underdark of creatures that would easily turn against the Drow and their homes.
In his years in the ranks of the Drow, he had proven himself to be a battle-worn soldier, one unafraid of the Underdark and its creatures. He had risen to a position of power, training and preparing others to serve and fulfill their duties, much as he had in the beginning. It was a challenging existence at first, but as the challenge wore away and the end of his contract loomed, he found that he wished for another challenge that only leaving the Underdark could bring.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Smaug is considered very rough around the edges, his body scarred by many battles. His physique is one of someone well trained and battle-worn, a fact he is extremely proud of.
Body Features
Smaug takes pride in his muscled form, the white lines of scars standing out against the color of his scales. His most notable scar shows on his face.
Facial Features
Smaug's face is large and angular, sporting a large snout and nostrils. The other identifying feature of his face is a large scare that runs across his right cheek to his chin.
Apparel & Accessories
Instead of the armor of the Drow, Smaug tends to wear soft clothing and tunics in the colors of his battalion, things that would not hinder the natural armor of his scales. Even so, he is extremely proud of his military accomplishments and wears the medals of those achievements on the leather chest piece of his cape.

Employment
Having lost most of his family at a young age, Smaug joined the ranks of the Drow military. He was traded between towns, never really settling into the ranks until he was given the responsibility of 1st Lieutenant in his later years. His original contract was only a decade, but he extended it, only thinking about leaving after his 30th birthday. By that time, Smaug had spent nearly fifteen years in the service of the Drow.
Failures & Embarrassments
The only failures that Smaug cares to remember are the battles that he has lost. While the number is few, he tends to remember the battles vividly, and will often recount the details when asked.
Mental Trauma
Due to the various battles that he has fought, Smaug does have some mental trauma. It manifests in odd ways, causing him to stop whatever he is doing if something triggers a bad memory. Other memories cause more visceral reactions, but he tries hard to stay away from things that would cause these episodes.
Personality Characteristics
Motivation
Because of his upbringing and time in the Drow military, Smaug's greatest motivation is helping those in need and keeping them safe from the dangers of the world. In this way, his philosophy varies from that of the Dark Elves, but he believes that all peoples should be saved from the horrors that plague the corners of Isekai.
Hygiene
Smaug's hygiene is immaculate after years of strict inspections. Even after leaving his life as a soldier, he still holds himself to those standards of cleanliness.

Family Ties
Smaug has no family ties as most of his family is gone. When he joined the military, those people became like family to him.
Wealth & Financial state
During his years in the military, Smaug saved a small sum. This would be enough to live on and get him by in times of need, but he was not rich by the standards of others in the Underdark.
