Grand Veil is the largest settlement on the eastern shore of Annakar, and is the capital city of the The Divine Primacy province of Launica . It was one of the last cities to fall in the Sundering.
Grand Veil is currently reigned by Eighth Minister Varonel, who has been in power for 254 years.
