The Great Hall of Fatar

The Great Hall of Fatar is the primary meeting place for the Irra’s convocation. This is where the council of Irra elders meet to discuss the old laws, debate suitable punishments for crimes, as well as what crimes were actually committed, and ultimately interpret the law. The council is near always in session as they will debate for months on the simplest of matters.
The Great Hall of Fatar itself is in a cave of dark brown rock with golden embellishments. Deep in the ruins of a previous civilization that inhabited the mountains. There are four entrances to the sublevel where council meetings are held.
