Tinkerer Rulo

Rulo is the chief artificer for the whole of The Keystone Seminaries, they chose to be based out of Runehold due to its links to mining and metalwork.  He has a workshop in the Mining ward itself as well as one in the tower, for his more volatile experiments.  They are also proficient in conjuration magics, and will often teach the students of the school about their specialty.
