The Court of the Ghoul King

The Ghoul King is a mysterious figure ruling from the planet Urreturre. The planet is known to be dug in and defended from both space, and the ground.
A court of lesser Ghouls serving as nobility attend the Ghoul King, and along with willing human turncoats, indentured soldiers, and more cunning means, has converted the planet into a warren for masses of human cattle.
It is unclear what his long term motivations are, or how the Ghoul King ended up in his current form. It is rumored that his forces have recently conquered the planet Yauvani and his occupation is why the planet has gone dark.
In the end of 2668, a combined Elysium Protectorate and United Nations of Worlds task force liberated Yauvani, and ousted the Court from their home planet of Urreturre.
