Sovereign Colonies Armed Forces
Formed by Silvano Mazzio after his break with the UNW, this new power resides in the galactic southwest on the planet Bergasa. The group is known to harbor cast-offs and runaways from dozens of other smaller factions, particularly those who would have been political prisoners at home.
They are isolationist, and Mazzio is selective about who he allows to his manicured world.
