Sicilianos is a paradise world that considers itself a utopia. To the outside observer their boasts seem to have enough present to back that statement up. 
Heavy technological investment during Pre-Scream times has left the inhabitants of this planet with a pristine environment that is also naturally resistant to pollution and other forms of ecological damage. Several small cities dot the surface of the world unified under a central world council made up of each city's mayor. 
The issues they face are largely flag issues, as a wealth of natural resources and careful management of them have made terrestrial conflicts an irrelevance. Visitors to the world are carefully monitored and are almost always accompanied by local handlers.

Important Settlements

Razorbeak Wood is a modern city built in the Pre-Scream Tenebrian Empire style of native stone, broad arches, columns, and heavy ornamentation harkening back to ancient cultures in the Sol system. Animals from both earth and this planet are carved into everything , and there is no surface without some kind of mosaic, mural, or carving. Bright colors are ways of being in this city, and colorful flags are hung from most of the windows.
People enjoy lives of pleasure and relaxation here. Extraction industries are almost entirely automated, aside from the occasional human maintainer visits. One such sleek looking repair vehicle trundles down the road, moving opposite your direction.
Bars, restaurants, and various tourists traps line the main drag of town, bathing the road in neon by night.
