Shaila Hovercraft Clans

Flock of New Israel- Led by Rabbi Goldberg, they wander the desert in the spirit of their old Earth ancestors thousands of years ago. They have thus far reacted peacefully to Greystar overtures and have even assisted a handful of Greystar missions on Shaila.

Golden Sparks- A group of engineers that have the respect of all clans, even the brigands. They possess the only true set of skills in the complete repair of the hovercraft used on this planet. They were formerly responsible for the climate control towers on this planet before the firestorms ruined the planets ecosystem and imposed something far different.
Jewish Military Council- It is thought that the JMU has some holdings built into the mountains where they were safe from the firestorms. The JMU has several hovertanks and other military vehicles modified to skim rather than drive. They are the smallest of the hovercraft clans but their discipline and military equipment help them keep parity with the others. They are currently in the middle of a conflict with the bandit clans over the contents of a government bunker called G10, where it is rumored pre-tech caches of survival equipment and weapons might be.
Raiding Clans- The raiding clans are a loose confederation of bandits, marauders, and those who generally feel it is better to take rather than make. They tend to leave the Golden Sparks alone as the engineers are the only ones capable of fixing their machines, though freely clash with one another, the JMU, and Flock of New Israel whenever they encounter one another.
