Kingdom of Usea

Kingdom of Usea is ruled by the God King Rawlts IV- Located on the western coast, highly mercantile and naval- it has formed a treaty with the Balak League recently to wrest control of the central highlands from the Coalition of Sovereign Territories.
He was one of the original adventurers to found Sumati, and is close to 200 years old. Currently, he is in an alliance with Tondam Freehold and The Balak League to end the war.
Rawlts IV has renounced his sovereignty and surrendered his Kingdom to Governor Shriven Emaje in exchange for a peaceful retirement. He has advised the governor on a few different occasions but now his kingdom is just a footnote in history.
