Helldiver Warbots

Mechanical beings that have carved out settlements for themselves in the deserts of Gudrun, the Helldivers have cultivated a strong survivalist ethos. They are constructed, not bred, and great thought is given to the role each one will play in Helldiver society before they are constructed.
They are tough, highly motivated, and well disciplined. Their warriors test themselves against the beasts of the desert continually, often diving into the holes of the giant sand burrowers to engage them in combat- hence their title.
A half year of conflict came to an end in the remnants of two Slyth facilities. A combined attack by the Taros and Greenbriar saw their remnants put to the sword.
It was later determined the Helldivers were part of a larger seeding of robotic life across the galaxy as a Slyth response to the Fleshshaper threat. Many of these robotic models later developed quantum intelligence on their own, and diverged as their own species rather than subservient to their Slyth creators.
