The Fate Codex:
The Fate Codex returned with Regulus Fate. Contained within its pages is the sum knowledge of all current psychics in the sector. It contains the complete scholarly breakdowns of all known techniques and is an invaluable instructional tool. It may be the most comprehensive collection of psychic lore produced since the time of The Scream. 
Once per year (to the player) they can access the codex and shuffle their psychic points any way they choose, but cannot exceed their original total.
