Constellation Supremacy Front

The Commodore and her First Mate used to sail with the New Moon Cooperative, and found the station they would later come to call Neo-Tortuga in deep space during a routine patrol. At the time, they were both unhappy with the political situation in cooperative space, and spoke with their crews upon finding it.   It was agreed to by all not to report the findings, and the pre-Constellation Supremacy Front members intended to return if they truly felt the situation at home could not be salvaged.   After the Battle of Benavides, when it was clear the Cooperative was safe, but the political reforms they wanted didn't happen, they simply didn't report back after the battle, and instead took the ships loyal to us, and returned to claim their distinctive hump backed space station.     "There was no need to use guns or violence when we had the option to simply, leave"     Since then, the Constellation Supremacy front has sailed from system to system, often on request of the local governor. Their factory ships produce high quality goods, and the CSF is known to buy out a world's stocks of colonial supplies and colonial materials whenever possible.   This, along with the increased business of planetside shops and restaurants thanks to CSF sailors on shore leave, has made attracting them to a populated system something of a priority for many cash strapped governors.

Disbandment

As the month of August 2668 dawns, and news of The Conjunction begins appearing on news-casts around the sectors, the fleet musters to help PMG patrol the system as you are here together, after all. Communications around Neo-Tortuga, and the fleet, go silent at midnight exactly. Six minutes pass in stunned silence before a panicked transmission from the space station relays the details of a massive mutiny in progress across the entire fleet. Making matters worse, flights of PMG boarding shuttles are unleashed from the planet below, and their marines also join the battle- overwhelming ship defenders.   One by one, the ships of the line are captured. The bridge crews are rounded up, and treated humanely once the fight is done. Neo-Tortuga itself sustains moderate internal damage, especially around engineering where CSF engineers attempted to overload the drive core, denying the fleet to the now hostile company, but the sweeping boarding teams arrive and forcibly abort the process before it is successful.   Admiral Ingrahm manages to use her intimate knowledge of Neo Tortuga to bypass some of the PMG patrols aboard Neo-Tortuga. Her captains may have taken the money, or the mercy, but after escaping servitude in the NMC and tasting true freedom, she believes that there is no way back.   Liberty, or death. It has always been her motto. Now it is time to prove it. The reactor of Neo Tortuga explodes violently, damaging orbital infrastructure, and several ships.
