The Anta system has a bright yellow pair of stars at its heart. This binary system has a molten world orbiting close to the stars, it has a barely inhabited desert world in the habitable zone, and a gas giant with a single methane ocean moon furthest from the system center. The wreckage of a space station drifts ever closer to the gas giant and its moon and its orbit looks to have been slowly degrading since the time of The Scream.
The inhabited planet has regressed to Dark Ages technology, with only extremely light industry visible on the surface of the world. The surviving locals are living out of a single oasis settlement with no access to anything resembling modern technology.
