Republic of China - now in a de facto war against both Sternberg and Empire of Japan - joins Treaty of Anchorage.

China Wall Incident led Republic of China to war against Empire of Japan and Sternberg's Pan-Asian Orda... a war that neither side was truly ready for.   Empire of Japan, while westernized and counted amongst the world powers, was strongest on seas - their army suffered from rather low numbers, at least compared to their gargantuan opponents. Sternberg, in the same time, lacked numberes even more (though it never before stopped him).   Republic of China in the meantime had almost limitless manpower... but was also outdated, internally divided between military cliques and the perpetually ailing governments - two of them, one in Beijing, and one in south, under Sun Yat-Sen in Guangzhou. It required many years to modernize and reorganize into something even remotely resembling an organized state.   The RoC - if it wished to survive - direly required outside help. It found it in joining Treaty of Anchorage - the export of arms and other materials from United States, that also send a lot of instructors to help quickly reorganize the China army to be ready for the war.
