Axis Created

An unlikely alliance between Soviet Russia and the Greater German Republic is created.

While it was hard to find an ounce of friendliness for the Reds in hearts of people like Ludendorff, brokering some sort of cooperation was much easier with intermediaries like Liebknecht and Luxembourg. The Axis was officially created to defend the two states from their outside enemies - especially Central Powers.   Unoficially, however, there was a power behind the two sides. Power that hid itself well and couldn't wait to supply both countries with even more and more depraved weaponry to further chaos and pain in the world.
