Oki Tekiina

An Oki Tekiina is a contractual obligation from two parties that seek to fulfill a request. This can typically range from quests to a pilgrimage.
It’s rarely offered in the Akōran Dynasty, in fact it hasn’t been offered in over a century, and the reward can pretty much be anything that’s feasible.
Usually a substantial amount of gold. An item request, a house, a ship, some land and so on.
The Oki Tekiina has to be fulfilled to a degree where both parties are satisfied, it remains unfulfilled for as long as it takes.
The dynasty has never failed to deliver a Oki Tekiina and on its promises to those who agreed upon it.
