Iwashi

Iwashi is depicted on the crest as the southernmost symbol. Unlike the “Kera”, The “Shi” aren’t of any specific gender but instead the offspring energies of creation & death. Iwashi is depicted as a humanoid, with dark wood like skin and eyes of stone. Iwashi wears the crest on the forehead. Iwashi represents strength, hardiness & resilience. Iwashi is every tree and every bit of soil we walk on, every leaf and every plant that grows from it. Those who choose Iwashi as their patron seek a pathway to strength and a desire to protect, for good or bad.
