Republic of Friland

The Dukes rules over the hilly realm of Friland. The Republic is ruled by the Council of Dukes, a limited representative form of democracy which decide on matters of importance to the Frilandian people. Many different people live in the Republic, but the most significant races are humans, gnomes, dwarves and halflings.
