Safa Car is a humble village built on the southern edge of a hill along the Southern Serpent run river.
Its name means "Sky Home" in Orcish.
The village's population consists of Orcs and Humans, but strangely no half-orcs have ever been born, even though mixed race couples do exist.
The villagers worship the predatory reptiles that live in the jungle, with the Tyrant Lizard being the leader of their little pantheon. They believe the Tyrant Lizard protects the village and guides their fate.
The villagers are led by both a chieftain and a village elder. The chieftain leads the village in hunts and makes sure all the tribe's rules are followed. The elder is in charge of the spiritual wellbeing of the tribe. He interprets the will of the Tyrant Lizard.
The hill just north of the village is a holy place as stories tell of how the tribe was born there. Only the elder is allowed to go to the summit.
