Mental characteristics
Personal history
Xaloth is a strange creature, stitched from Fallen Angels and Demons to form a Carreau Xaloth took on more of his Demonic ancestry than intended. Xaloth raised a circle of Warlocks in his own name, subtly twisted the Pacts he made in his masters name to benefit himself more and more until he had the power and means to make his move. Xaloths Warlocks, once in Baathos, were the key to his victory over Orera having slain his master without even entering the room the other Dukes of hell took note of Xaloth sudden rise to power. He was granted all the domains of Orera, and control of Nox. Xaloth would remain invested in the creation of Warlocks, bringing Mortals into the Nine Hells long before their time to serve him before they were bound to the rigid structure of the Order. Xaloth used his Mortal servants to spark a Civil War within Baathos, making a move on the other Hells. Xaloth would make alliances with Belial to further his plans, allowing his Mortal Army to move freely though the Lord of Lies lands and out maneuver the other Dukes. While not officially allied with Xaloth, Belial refused to assist the other Dukes in quelling Xaloth's Rebellion. When Abbadon and Mephistopheles finally managed mount a counter to Xaloth's Mortal Army, they did so in Belials territory which allowed the lord of lies to attack their forces with impunity for the trespass. After the battle ended, and Xaloth was imprisioned Belial withdrew his forces, the moment had passed and the Lord of Lies chose to abandon his alliance with Xaloth in favor of survival. Xaloth on the other hand, was punished by Asmodeus, impriosned within a Sword and given to a steward who would rule for so long as Xaloth was indisposed. while still technically the ruler of Nox, Xaloth has very little influence beyond his own realm anymore, only able to whisper to his Steward and plot for his release.
Employment

Failures & Embarrassments

Mental Trauma
Xaloth desires nothing more than to be released from his prison, and has become more deranged and unstable as the centuries wear him down.
