General Physical Condition

Jesil is a small and elegant woman, her Elven heritage granting her soft smokey grey eyes and angular features, and a well fit toned body.

Jesil has nearly alabaster skin, and wavy shoulder length black hair

Facial Features

Jesil possesses some of the features of her elven parentage, faintly pointed ears and colorful eyes, and her sharp elven features have been smoothed out somewhat by her human heritage.

Identifying Characteristics

Jesil often styles her hair as to show off her pointed ears, something most half elves hide or crop to hide in plain sight. Jesil also has grey blue eyes that appear nearly violet in certain light, something many attribute to the use of magic.

Jesil carries herself with confidence and grace, even when dealing with those who tower over her or have a history of violence Jesil refuses to show the barest hint of fear. when irritated Jesil will Clench her jaw and take a sharp breath through her nose to steady herself, before resuming conversation as politely as before in most cases.

Jesil often wears simple gowns, dresses, and clothes of Black or brown, despite her great wealth. even during ceremonies or events such as the Great Tournament Jesil will refuse to dress extravagantly.

Personal history

Jesil began her work as a courtesan for the Nobles in the estates section of Highgate, often courted by nobles for their elegant balls and parties. The Half Elf slowly gathered information on a number of merchants and nobles in the city, to blackmail her way into power, using the brothel she'd worked at as a base of operations while she built a power base. this eventually caught the eye of the cities most powerful Merchant Guild, The Red Sails, who offered her a great sum of money in return for favors and information. Jesil had turned her workers into spies and informants. Jesil would eventually become a member of the Red Sails, solidifying her place of power as she brokered information throughout the city. She would become quite friendly with the former Guildmaster months before his passing often coming to his chambers at night for private conversations. After the Guildmasters passing it came time to elect a new guildmaster, and despite being of relatively low rank in the guild Jesil had more than enough information to bribe and blackmail her competitors for the Title.

Jesil has rarely taken lovers after her time as a Courtesan, and as a Courtesan rarely had a choice in who she lay with.

Jesil worked her early years as a Courtesan in the Estates, and was later educated by the Merchants of the Red Sails, most notably their Guildmaster Gerald.

Jesil has a series of long scars along her back and shoulders which she hides carefully with her clothes. when asked about them she artfully dodges the question, and when pressed further the half elf becomes agitated and refuses to comment often ending the conversation.

Jesil is patient and polite, cunning enough to hide her anger or spite until it's too late for those who've drawn her ire. the half elf has an uncanny knack of intelligence gathering, which often aids her in trade negotiations as guildmaster.

Jesil seemingly has no issue dealing with those who have coin to offer a fare deal to the Guildmaster, be it Slaves, Weapons, or Food Jesil offers use of her Ports to all who pay the tax. Though Jesil cannot hide her quite resentment for Ebror Chen.

Jesil has purchased the entirety of Orlands Skytear Wine, a vintage that wasn't particularly favored, but Jesil covets quite highly for some unknown reason.

Perhaps not a flaw, but Jesil does keep her network of informants from her days as Courtesan, often visiting the Brothels she was raised in and now owns to consort with her spies, and ensure they're well taken care of.

Jesil often changes her mannerisms depending on who she's hosting, appearing more stern or gentle as the situation calls for, very few have seen Jesil when she's not playing the part of Guildmaster or some other role.
