A catch all term for the primordial soup of chaos and energies that formed the multiverse, though it does include the Elemental Planes that surround the Inner planes of Prime, Fey, and Fell.

Geography

Raw uncontrollable energies of magic, law, good, evil, chaos float in a nullspace throughout the multiverse. entering the Elemental Chaos is dangerous and often leads to the persons involved being undone and reduced to their basic elements, before being scattered among the Cosmos.
