Banishment

Not to be confused with the Spell Banishment. This has to deal with the 'death' of an Outside beyond it's native Plane.

Manifestation

When an Outsider is destroyed beyond it's native Plane, the magics that bind them to that Plane are undone in a violent display. the specifics vary from Outsider to Outsider, but the result is the same. where an Angel is banished in an explosion of burning light, a Fiend is banished in a nova of Flames.

Localization

Depending on the Plane and how opposed it is to the Outsiders nature the Banishments effects can be mild or violent. an Angel Banished from the Nine Hells will be more violent than an Angel Banished in the Mortal Realms. When an Outsider is Banished against it's will, they are unable to return to the Plane from which they were Banished again. Only when the one who Banished them is killed or Banished from their Native Plane. for example if an Angel of Ghena is Banished from the Nine Hells by a Fiend, they are unable to return to the Nine hells until that Fiend is then Banished from the High Heavens. When a Mortal banishes an outsider, oftentimes a bounty is placed upon their head to hasten their demise and un-banish the Outsider.
