Abaddon relishes demoralizing his opponents, showing the enemy that they were outmatched and fools to stand against him is one of his great delights. his followers take this to heart and will often make a great show of besting their opponents as well, drawing out a fight or a conversation to humiliate their opponent and show off their own talents.

Abaddon's Cult celebrate quite frequently, any time the Broken Prince wins a victory it is deemed a holiday.

Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Abaddon has chosen the appearance of an ancient human shaman king that has rotted all its flesh away. Abaddon is quick and powerful, though not nearly as powerful as his fellow Dukes. Abaddon takes great pride in showing up his opponents, creating more elaborate battle plans to showcase his superiority.
Facial Features
Abaddon has a skeletal face with large antlers curling from the crown of his skull, pointed and sharp fangs fill his maw and his eyes glow with a bright red ember like quality.
Special abilities
Abaddon has been shown to be adept in minor magic, casting illusions to throw his opponent off guard and empower his defenses.
Specialized Equipment
Abaddon carries a Black Iron sword crafted from the blood of the most impressive Demon he's slain. every few years Abaddon will craft a new blade from his Demonic Foe.

Personal history
Abbadon was forged from the first Mortal Souls damned to Baathos and is the oldest reigning Duke of Hell other than Asmodeus himself. Abbadon was created to be the Gate keeper of Baathos, greeting the souls of the damned and mounting the defense and offense of the Nine Hells in Gaedaros. Abbadon is the only Fiend which Asmodeus has constantly returned to the Rack to reforge and improve upon, The Lord of Baathos takes great pride in his first creation and adds more soul fragments to the mural of Abbadons stitch-worked essence. Rumor has it that Asmodeus only adds the Essence of nobility and corrupt holy men to Abbadon, Kings, Queens, Fallen Paladins and the like. While Abaddon is the weakest of the Dukes of Hell he commands the largest army, and is granted special privileges from Asmodeus himself to levy souls and warriors to the battlefield in Gaedaros. Abaddon has also proven himself to be a skilled tactician, Dukes of Baathos seeking guidance from the Broken Prince whenever they seek to elevate their status or wage war in the outer planes. Abaddon was the only Duke of Hell to not have been caught scheming or outright leading a coup against Asmodeus at one point or another. Indeed Abaddon stood by Asmodeus side during all the Civil Wars in Baathos, and none of the other Lords of Hell have found a way to bribe or blackmail their fellow Duke into betraying the Lord of Nine.
Education
Abaddon was rumored to be tutored in the art of war by Asmodeus himself, as well as the bureaucracy that was required as Gate Keeper of Ankaris where he would oversee the damnation of souls to their fitting end.
Employment
Abaddon has forever stood as Ankaris' Gate Keeper, During the Incursion of Kahesh into Baathos and during the Three Civil Wars that have taken place in Hell.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Abaddon has managed to rally his warriors from the losses during Kahesh's incursion into Ankaris and repell the Demon Horde soon afterwards.
Despite being horrifically outmatched Abaddon was able to stand his ground against Belial, buying time for Mephistopheles to mount a counter attack.
Failures & Embarrassments
Abaddon underestimated Kahesh's horde in Gaedaros and how quickly the Demons would press their advantage into Ankaris, leading to the first Demonic Incursion of Baathos.
Mental Trauma
Abaddon has an inferiority complex that is only assuaged by Asmodeus granting him special privileges over the other Dukes. While Abaddon hides his insecurities from the other Lords of Hell, the Fiend constantly wonders at his station in Baathos as Gate Keeper which he takes great pride in. this is one of the reasons he's never pressed his station in the order of Baathos.

Abaddon has a sharp military mind, though his pride has led to many encounters being more costly than they should. on several occasions Abaddon has led attacks deep into Demon territory of Gaedaros and even the Abyss despite Asmodeus' warnings against such tactics.
