Yuan-Ti are around the same average size and weight of a Human. You are Medium.
Creature Type.
You are a Humanoid.
Dim-light Vision.
You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light.
Magic Resistance.
You have advantage on saving throws against spells.
Poison Resilience.
You have advantage on saving throws you make to avoid or end the poisoned condition on yourself. You also have resistance to poison damage.
Serpentine Spellcasting.
You know the poison spray cantrip. You can cast animal friendship an unlimited number of times with this trait, but you can target only snakes with it. Starting at 3rd level, you can also cast suggestion with this trait. Once you cast it, you can't do so again until you finish a long rest. You can also cast it using any spell slots you have of 2nd level or higher.
Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells when you cast them with this trait (choose when you select this race).

Jy'liko Yuan-Ti
Serpentine Fangs. Thanks to your snake head, you have sharp needle-like fangs that you can use to make unarmed strikes. You are proficient with your fangs and they have the finesse property. When you hit with your fangs, they deal 1d6 Piercing damage and the target must make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they are Poisoned until the end of your next turn. On a success, they are not Poisoned. Tongue Sense. Your tongue can be used as an extra sense comparable to the sense of smell of others. When you make a Perception check that requires smell, you can instead use your tongue to sense what it is. When you make a check in this way, you make it with advantage. If you are successful, you know which direction the smell is coming from.

Aiol Yuan-Ti
Serpentine Glide. As part of your movement, you can morph your legs into a long snake tail. While you have this tail, your speed increases by 10ft and you can move across difficult terrain without expending extra movement if it is made of stone, earth, or plants. If your movement speed is 0 because of a condition or other effect, you must use a bonus action to morph. To morph your tail into your legs, you must use a bonus action to do so. Constrict. While you have your tail, you can Grapple a target without the use of your hands and can do so with advantage.

Heidre'ka Yuan-Ti
Serpentine Skin. Your body is covered in large patches of tough snake skin that make it harder to do damage to you. While wearing no armor, your AC is 13 + your Dexterity modifier. You can use your skin to determine your AC if the armor you wear would leave you with a lower AC. A shield's benefits apply as normal while you use your skin as armor. Shed Skin. You can shed a small layer of your skin to try and regain some hit points. As a bonus action, you can roll 1d6 and regain a number of hit points equal to the number rolled plus your Constitution modifier. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus and regain all uses after a long rest.
