Sprite

Sprites are a small Fey race that have a strong affinity to the forests. They enjoy shrinking themselves and taking naps inside of flowers or any other small niche they can find. They are friendly towards other people and do not mind mingling heavily within society, sometimes going as far as living among them. The appearance of Sprites can vary widely, from resembling different types of insects, to Elves, and more human-like features. Sprites can hover magically without the aid of wings, the purpose of a Sprite's wings are more for utility. Sprites are not hatched with their wings, they gain them when their body is ready, usually between 10 and 20 years of age. The type of wings a Sprite gains depends on the actions they take in life before their wings emerge.

Your wings are made of powerful energy. They allow you to wield martial weapons with ease. When you wield your weapon, your wings will encase it and make it float near you, straying no more than a few feet from you. You can then mentally command your weapon to attack as long as it is within melee range of an enemy. You use your Intelligence modifier for your attack and damage rolls instead of Strength or Dexterity.
