Elf - Eldritch

Exposed to the energies that the Elder Gods gave off unlocked hidden origins in the Elves creation, transforming the ones affected and giving them new abilities. This new transformation is then passed on to children, who inherit this new form. Eldritch Elves harness Psychic abilities and foster a trace connection with the Elder Gods, which haunts them throughout their lives. The appearance of an Eldritch Elf is just as varied as all the other Elves but their irises are usually white with no pupils.

Ability Score Increase Your Intelligence increases by 1. Then, choose a different ability score to increase by 2 or choose any two ability scores to increase by 1.

Age. Although elves reach physical maturity at about the same age as humans, the elven understanding of adulthood goes beyond physical growth to encompass worldly experience. An elf typically claims adulthood and an adult name around the age of 100 and can live to be 750 years old. It is unknown if the lives of these new Elves have been altered by their transformation.   Creature Type. You are a Fey Creature.   Size. Elves range from under 5 to over 6 feet tall and have slender builds. Your size is Medium.   Speed. Your base walking speed is 30ft.   Dim-light Vision. You can see in dim light within 60ft of you as if it were bright light.   Eldritch Ancestry. You have advantage on saving throws you make to avoid or end the Frightened condition on yourself.   Haunted Mind. You have advantage on Intelligence saving throws and you have resistance to Psychic damage.   Psychic Paragon. You can telepathically speak to any creature you can see within 120ft of you. They do not need to share the language that you speak for them to understand you but they need to at least know one language. When you use this trait to communicate telepathically to a creature, you can use your action to give that creature the ability to speak telepathically with you for 1 hour or until you end this effect as an action. The creature must be able to see you for you to form this link and you can only give this ability to one creature at a time, ending a previous link if used again. Additionally, you know when a creature within 10ft of you is speaking telepathically to another creature, but you cannot discern what is being said or who they are speaking to.   Trance. You don't need to sleep, and magic can't put you to sleep. You can finish a long rest in 4 hours if you spend those hours in a trancelike meditation, during which you retain consciousness.
