Vector Sigma does not belong to mainly one kingdom, but they often follow what the Steward of Handrar commands. The citadel has a leader in the called Judge Dawn, an old dragonborn. He makes the rules and if needed decide right from wrong. He is the last in a long line of Judges who has controlled the city.

They do not have their own military, but they have a city watch called the White Cloaks who watch over everything that happens in the city

They use the normal currency as the rest of the continent, but also take rare coins or coins from different cultures

History

Vector Sigma was created in the year 4700 of the Second Age and have existed for over 2300 years. The city started as just a little library before evolving into a little city in the years after. Over the 2300 years the city has become this giant messy city/library that has collected alot of ancient relics and books. Today Vector Sigma is the biggest and best place to look for information.
