The silver lady statue

The Silver Lady statue is a silver statue depicting an elven woman. The statue was made by crab folk who inhabited Xiutore during the first age to depict their goddess. The statue was not destroyed during the first extinction and can still be found on the island. The statue contains some sort of magic that makes crabs on the island worship it by sort of ritual dance.

History

The statue was created by the crab folk around 942 on the Xiutore. The statue was carried around by the crab folks during the first age of conflict as a sort of standard. It was not destroyed during the first extinction but it was buried underground. There it stayed until the eighth extinction when it reemerged. However, to hide it the ruler of the island grows a tree around it. This tree was later split by lightning.

Significance

The statue used to be the centerpiece of the religious rituals of the crab folk. These rituals imbued it with a sort of magical power that remains in the statue even more than two millennia later. This magic seems to awaken a sort of advanced consciousness in crabs in the area around it. These crabs also seem to hold this statue in high regard.
