Cedora queendom
The queendom was founded in forests in the western part of the continent. It was founded after the end of the conflict between the goddess of the northern forest and the god of the southern forest. The queendom originally controlled only the forest but later it led conquest of the tribes to the south. Since the area of the queendom was originally ruled by two nature deities there is strong druidic tradition as well as strong presence of nature magic.
History
The queendom was founded after the end of the forest war. This was done to solidify the control over now united forests and prevent the reemerging of the chimeric plague. The leaders of the Children of the Northern Forest did not want to claim control over the newly emerging country and rather distance themself from it. Due to this, the rule over the forest went to the leader of the shieldmaidens who became the first queen. As the groups living in the northern forest already were predominantly matriarchal and to honor their goddess the country became queendom where only women could inherit power.
The queendom later led the conquest of the South and managed to conquer some territory and later hold it. However, neither Matoir nor the siblings of Forest participated in this conquest. Due to this Cedora was defeated at the end by united tribes led by Cogadbas.
Around 1624 a group of refugees arrived at the shore of Cedora searching for a new home. Not wanting to take someone else's home the refugees left a few months later together with Matoir who decided to accompany them. The departure of the goddess had several consequences in the following years. The most obvious was a shift of focus from druidic traditions to the development of arcane weaponry.
The next was the development of certain aversion to animalistic species and eventually their banishment to the wilderness to the east beyond the mountain range. The focus on arcane weaponry was intensified after attacks from both Risudia to the south and Tuteron from the northern coast. This led to the establishment of the Zomond complex. The queendom managed to successfully protect itself but the complex was close to the end of the conflict sabotaged and shut down. As a consequence, the focus shifted back to the traditional ways of the country in the end years of the divine age and into the mortal age.

Trade & Transport
Most of the goods produced in the queendom travel through the main road to either the northern port or the southern capital. From the port, it continues by the sea while from the southern capital it either goes more south to the Risudia or to the east through the mountains.
Infrastructure
The queendom controls two ports one in the north and one in the south. The road network branches from the central main road leading from the northern port town through the capital all the way to the southern capital at the borders with Risudia.
