Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute You hook a creature with an ephemeral chain, rooting it in place, and bringing flying creatures down to the ground. You target a creature within 60 feet of you. The target must succeed a Strength saving throw or be restrained for the duration of the spell. If the target is flying, it is brought down to the ground taking twice appropriate fall damage and is additionally stunned until the end of its next turn. A restrained target can repeat the saving throw by expending their action. Creatures of a size huge or larger.
