Watcher of Life and Death

Qhormis is the prime deity of life and death and judges where souls go in death. Their presence was unknown before the banishment of the gods, where Qhormis emerged from the deep ethereal plane to the border ethereal plane. Much is unknown about Qhormis's origin; however, it is known that they are able to ward off Cesaldin's banishment, making them a deity of immense power. Qhormis is a very isolated god, often upholding their duty of ferrying souls over the affairs of mortals and gods. Their presence in the inner planes supplies his followers with vast power.

Ruler of the Ethereal Plane

Qhormis watches over the ethereal plane and guides the souls of the deceased into the outer planes based on Qhormis's judgment of the soul. As the deep ethereal plane is home to many demi-planes and magical realms, Qhormis watches over these planes and ensures none grows large enough or powerful enough to destabilize the ethereal plane. Travelers in the ethereal plane often state that Qhormis's presence can be felt from all over the plane, yet none have yet to see them.

Followers of Qhormis

Being so close to the prime material plane, Qhormis is often an easy god to communicate with. Although mute, Qhormis is known to give blessings to the most loyal of his followers. These followers are tasked with the destruction of the undead as they impede Qhormis's duty of transferring the souls of the deceased. Once given the blessing of Qhormis, these followers are imbued with immense strength, becoming Necrobanes.
