Manu, God of Thorns
Mah-noo (a.k.a. Queen of Thorns, The Harsh Teacher, That One)
Mind your complaining about the easy things, lad, lest you draw the attention of That One.The Vessuna have a complicated relationship with this god. Manu gives trouble and takes it away. Her church preaches that adversity makes us stronger, making a case for her ultimate benevolence, but it must be said that she probably hears almost as many muttered curses as heartfelt prayers for aid.
