Head of the organization, the Postlord ensures that the Federal Mail Service maintains its effectiveness across the board, keeps the organization within the bounds of the various laws and negotiates with various states for their services.Postmaster
Senior regional bureaucrats that manage the various post offices within the borders of a country, Postmasters ensure that all local post offices continue to run smoothly, and are often the ones to assign Couriers to departments.Courier-Captain
Head of a local post office, the Courier-Captain is often times a senior Courier promoted against their will to a desk job, where they have to manage the various bureaucrats and couriers.Courier
The ones sent out on deliveries, Couriers mostly travel between post offices when moving goods between cities, though in a city Couriers will deliver packages directly to the individual receiving.Culture
Moonlight Mail cultivates a culture of relaxed professionalism, where the workers are encouraged to take things at their own speed, but within a specified time frame. Early deliveries might sometimes earn a time related bonus, but these are often high priority deliveries, not common mail. Regardless, Moonlight Mail does not encourage being lazy, just to not stress out about being a few hours or even a day late on long journeys, as such stresses can be fatal.

Moonlight Mail maintains a post office in most major settlements, and employs Nythrai almost exclusively, though their office bureaucrats are often members of non-flying species.
History
Founded after the Avain Revolution, Moonlight Mail was the Amrish solution to the now vacant communications industry. By utilizing their high Nythrai population, as well as their air-borne beasts, packages can be moved about with great haste, and at a reasonable rate. While some lowlander nations were slow to welcome this service, the Commonwealth of Hacoal was more than happy to by in, as it resembled a pre-Long Summer Imperial Service that collapsed early in the Empire's decline. While messengers can be intercepted, the Amrish do not assault their own and even Clan-Blooded mercenaries will not harass the Federal Mail Service.
