Defences
Earthfall Bastion has a wide array of defenses the first of which is the walls that surround the entire city. The walls stand 50 ft. tall and stretches 19 miles from the Harbor District to the River District shielding the North, South, and West sides of the city. The wall is made of steel that has been imbued with magic to make it even more durable and immune to rust and weathering. Massive towers rising 20 ft. above the wall are spaced every mile with wall walks between each. The wall walks are 15 ft. wide making them just slightly less thick than the wall itself at 17 ft. thick.
The Towers are each 20 ft. wide, 20 ft. long, and stand 70 ft. tall. Each tower is the same design having an entrance at the base and a floor every 10 ft. for a total of 7 floors with a large spiral staircase connecting each floor in the center. The first floor of each tower is a simple room with wooden floors and a few chairs and tables. This floor always has 2 to 6 Roescrest Guards stationed in it on a 5-hour rotation. The second floor is the armory which holds the guard's weapons, armor, and ammo. the third and fourth floors are Bunkrooms, each of which has 2 full bathrooms and several beds for guards to sleep in on their rest shift. The fifth floor is split between a kitchen and a medical room, both of which are always stocked with necessary supplies and have a cooking and medical staff respectively. The sixth floor is a watch post and the floor with the exit to the wall walk. This floor has lookout windows on all sides so the guards can keep watch on the exterior and interior of the city. The seventh floor is the cannon floor, housing a large A-class Aether Cannon which can fire on any threat to the cities exterior walls. The cannon can extend out from the tower to aim directly downward and fire upon any enemy that is directly against the walls.
Earthfall Bastion also has a large fleet of tanks, battleships, and airships. The city has a fleet of Aether Tanks of A, B, and D-class. The tanks are normally stationed outside of the walls and around the entrance gates, two tanks are always stationed in front of the Mirador Keep entrance. The 3 Class-C Battleships that Earthfall Bastion has are normally docked at the Rosecrest Pier in the Lower Docks district. The Battleships are used almost entirely for defensive purposes to ward off attacks or hostile creatures that enter into Earthfall waters. The Airships are entirely used for scouting and reconnaissance purposes, as they are not outfitted with any weapons. The airships are moored at the Roescrest district Skytower when they are not on patrols.
