Wessen Mellin

Colonel Wessen Mellin (a.k.a. The Magician)

Known colloquially as "The Magician," Wessen is the third of the four colonels from The Circle of the Eclipse. He is the youngest of the colonels, and is the youngest of them as well. He is known for being a powerful user and creator of magical tools. He recently has been working on creating a magical chalice that will never empty, while also making sure that it is environmentally sustainable.
