Ildor is one of two Grand Feathers in The Coven of the Lunar Owl. Ildor is known as the Grand Feather of power. Besides the Elder Feather, he has granted more members of the coven their power than anyone else. Ildor is also a very accomplished mage in his own right, having helped create the coins that keep track of all groups. Before this, mail was handled a much different and more complicated way.
