Whatever you are looking for you can most likely find in the Costa Shipping district. From weapons, to food, to maybe even a bit of magic should you go to the right stall. Baked goods are abundant, and there are even a few fireworks stands. This is mostly open air, and tends to be open even during the off days of the week, but maybe not quite a vibrant. You simply have to be willing to do a little bit of searching for whatever it is you desire.
