Heritages
Cliff Jumper Kasatha
Your upbringing in a mountainous region of the desert grants you training in the practical art of leaping. You gain the Quick Jump feat and do not treat sand as uneven ground.Desert Runner Kasatha
You've honed your endurance to travel the sands of the homeland, acting either as a scout or a messenger between tribes. You can Hustle twice as long while exploring before you have to stop. If you’re in a group that is Hustling, you increase the total number of minutes the group can Hustle by 10 minutes, or by 20 minutes if you are 13th level or higher. You gain the Feather Step feat.Hardened Kasatha
As a consequence of the kasathas' constant tribal wars, your tribe suffered a great loss at the hands of another. You had to stay strong and act as a pillar to hold together what remained. When you roll a success on a saving throw against an emotion effect, you get a critical success instead.Untempered Kasatha
You are undergoing your Tempering, a coming-of-age ritual during which a kasatha ventures out on a great hunt as part of their religious faith. You have had to survive alone in the wilds while seeking worthy prey. You become trained in Survival and gain the Survey Wildlife general skill feat.Wandering Kasatha
You chose to travel abroad, leaving your birthplace to embark on a journey through the wider world. During your daily preparations, you can study a particular ancestry, faction, philosophy, or religion to learn one of their edicts or anathemas and gain a broader understanding of that culture’s customs and traditions. While you follow that edict or anathema, you become trained in the associated Lore skill (such as Dwarf Lore or Human Lore). This proficiency lasts until you prepare again. Since this training is temporary, you cannot use it as a prerequisite for a permanent character option like a feat or a skill increase.Ancestry Feats
Ancestry feats that have either been created as homebrew or altered from their original form are listed below. If a pre-existing ancestry feat is not covered in this subsection, assume that it is available to select and functions per rules-as-written, potentially requiring re-flavoring if necessary.
