Uttinon
Uttinon is the nation that occupies the cold, icy northern tip of Erania. While its geographic location keeps it largely separated from the politics of the continent, it is nevertheless a significant trade partner in natural resources, especially with its southern neighbor of Tenothan, and it is the dominant maritime power on the continent. Uttinon is also significant in that it is the only nation on Erania that maintains diplomacy (albeit sparse and infrequent) with the Dragons of Xaepheneum.
