Drusilia Diamonddew (a.k.a. Druzy)

Drusilia Diamonddew is a whimsical and eccentric Ylfen woman who lives in the seaside Teaphali town of Naemmatara.  Although she generally keeps to herself and spends much of her day on the coastline collecting various items she deems valuable, she is also a powerful Windcrafter and healer who is well liked by the other townspeople.
