Lavennic Provisional Government

The Lavennic Provisional Government was the direct forerunner to The Lavennic Communal Republics. It formed the war time framework from which the LCR was born. It began as an act of desperation to stave off complete destruction, but developed into the idealistic and ambitious foundation for a new nation.
