Ecocommunal Council of Lavenna

The Ecocommunal Council of Lavenna was the direct forerunner to The Communal Republics of Lavenna. It formed the war time framework from which the LCR was born. It began as an act of desperation to stave off complete destruction, but developed into the idealistic and ambitious foundation for a new nation.
