Relationships
History
At Zeus' behest, Aphrodite is forced to marry Hephaestus, the humorless and gimp god. The god of smithing is more than pleased with being married to the most beautiful goddess, as he would never do as well on his own. Despite his gifts of jewelry and other fine items, Aphrodite chooses to seek other lovers. The two most common being Ares and Adonis, both whom contribute to giving her children. Hephaestus often gets back at her lovers with tricks and traps.
