The grand, ever-changing circus wedged between planes of existence is run by the friendly and ever-mysterious Icarus Von Aburgheen. A flamboyant high eladrin originating from the Autumn court that collects thanks and debts from unique individuals to later cash in on them performing in his Circus. As such, he’s extremely hospitable and friendly. He has a tendency to read as suspicious, though any investigation into him turns up with clean business practices
