Mysterious Fey Boy

The very definition of a beautiful fey, his features were sophisticated and well-defined, like those in an old painting. Loose, black curls framed his face and danced in the breeze, his eyes sparkling like amber in the tree’s shadow. He was wearing a loose shirt, unbuttoned enough to show his modestly sculpted chest. He wore simple, pale green breeches but no shoes. Naomi lost her identity and her arm to this trickster, and the party encountered him first in a painting in the seer's tower, incriminating him of the kidnapping of the first Lord's daughter, and again in the ruins of Naomi's old hovel. It appears he has been keeping tabs on her.
