USC Security Council

The USC Security Council is the civilian administration and governance of the United Space Command (USC). Composed of the chairman and vice chairman of the USC, the Secretaries of Defense, Army, Navy, and Air Force, and the Commander-in-Chief of the Office of Space Intelligence, headquartered on Earth in New Washington D.C., North Carolina, USA. Within the highly secure confines of HIGHCOM Facility, the Security Council convenes in a special chamber specially designed to ensure the utmost protection and confidentiality.
