Jessica Hendricks

Captain Jessica Hailee Hendricks is a servicewoman of the USC Air Force. She is a skilled fighter pilot and engineer, as well as a botanist, she's a real plant mom. Jessica is also a male to female transgender woman. Though, technically not initially wanting to be female, Jessica and her friends, Keira, Ben, Alex and Lila, decided to prank a known anti-trans beauty pageant by having herself 'fake' transitioning and entering the pageant as a statement to fight against discrimination. However, to make it believable, Jessica had to actually transition; which included starting Hormone Replacement Therapy and even getting Sex Reassignment Surgery. Neither Jessica nor her friends considered the lasting and permanent effects of having her transition from male to female, and by the time they did, it was too late. Jessica was permanently a woman for the rest of her life.
After winning the pageant and being crowded Miss Venus, Jessica started to settle into her new life as a woman and make the most of it. She had made the decision to transition to female, prank or not, and now she was committed to it. Despite not wanting to be a woman, Jessica is quite happy with the life she has built. She has a great career in the USC Air Force, and a wonderful boyfriend whom she loves more than anything.

Early life and education

Jessica Hailee Hendricks is a Venusian American born within the city of New Terra on June 20, 2694 to parents Henry and Mikayla Hendricks. She is the youngest daughter with three older sisters.
Growing up, Jessica, though never really showing any signs of gender dysphoria, and never had any thoughts of being a girl, she was just a normal boy who loved to get her hand dirty, tinker with engineering ideas, or playing videogames. Her biggest joy growing up was plants and gardening.

Military Career

First Tour - York (2712 - 2714)

Jessica's first tour in the United Space Command Air Force was on the small, remote British colony of York. The colony, primarily a mining outpost, was under constant threat from local insurgents who opposed the USC's presence, and were demanding independence from the United Nations Federation. It was a critical period for Jessica, as she quickly learned the harsh realities of military command. She was stationed at an outpost on the outskirts of the colony with a small team of troops under her command. Her main responsibility was overseeing logistics and supporting combat operations in the area.
The days were long and intense, with constant threats of attacks from insurgents. But Jessica rose to the occasion and proved herself to be a capable leader. Her ability to remain calm under pressure and think strategically won her the respect of her peers and superiors alike. Despite being stationed in a remote location, Jessica never felt alone. She formed strong bonds with her fellow airmen, who became like family to her. They would often have movie nights after long missions or spend their free time playing games and sharing stories.
One particularly challenging mission during this tour involved securing a vital supply route that had been overrun by insurgents. Jessica, after being shot down, had to navigate the terrain while avoiding enemy fire. Despite being outnumbered, Jessica remained level-headed. Her success on this mission earned her recognition from her superiors and solidified her reputation as a competent leader among her peers.
As her tour came to an end in 2714, Jessica knew she had found her calling in the military. She had not only survived but thrived under the pressure and demands of her first tour, learning invaluable lessons about leadership, strategy, and resilience.

Jessica is a strong, confident woman with a fierce determination and a sharp mind. She is fiercely loyal to her loved ones and will do anything to protect them. She has a quick wit and a dry sense of humor, which often catches people off guard. She is also highly ambitious and driven, always pushing herself to be the best she can be in her career and personal life. Her passion for plants and gardening has remained with her since childhood, giving her a creative outlet and bringing balance to her busy life.
One of Jessica's greatest strengths is her adaptability. She was able to seamlessly transition from living as a man to living as a woman, without losing sight of who she truly is at heart. She is very perceptive and has a keen understanding of human nature, making it easy for her to connect with others on an emotional level. This makes her an excellent leader in the military, as she can understand and empathize with the struggles of her team. However, Jessica also has her flaws.
