Isaac Bennett

General Isaac Daniel Bennett (service number 00321-95340-IB) is a Texan-American serviceman of the United Space Command and commander of the Tactical Orbital Defense Troopers. Bennett is a decorated serviceman with nearly forty years of service with the TODT. He presently is getting ready to retire so that he can better enjoy his golden years and the fact that he isn't the soldier he used to be. Bennett is the father of four children, two boys and two girls, and grandfather of seven grandchildren.

On April 26, 2725, Bennett heroically gave his life so that Colonel Kody Davidson and his team could safely evac an injured Secretary of Defense off-planet during the invasion of New Earth.

Biography

Early life and education

Isaac Daniel Bennett was born on March 31, 2660 within humanity's homeworld of Earth outside of Dallas in the New Texas Republic. When Bennett was three years old, his family immagrated from the NTR to Richmond, Virginia in the US. Growing up, Bennett was always a fast learner and a natural athlete from the age of 9. In both middle and high school, Bennett was a star football quarterback, as well as a champion boxer and track star. During senior prom, met his beloved Mary Jane Lorne off by herself having been dumped by her date, and with his own date passed out from drinking too spiked punch, Bennett walked over to her and asked for a dance. The two of them married shortly after they graduated and six months before Bennett joined the military.

Hivivian War

Defense of New Earth

During the invation of New Earth by the Hivivian Empire just prior to the start of the Human-Hivivian War. Bennett, held orbital defenses of New Earth for almost three and prevented any direct ground incursions from taking place. After three days, Bennett and his command crew were forced to orbital drop when the Orbital Defense Station, Tranquillity was destroyed along with nine other allowing Hivivian ships to enter the atmosphere.   Once planet-side, Bennett and his men were met with heavy resistance by Hivivian ground forces while making his way through in order to regroup with TODT Gamma team, and Colonel Kody Davidson.
